Curated by two of the top culinary talents in the city, Dublin Cookery School are introducing a series of new Pop-Up Restaurant Nights inspired by the very best that Ireland has to offer. With a combined history of working in some of the top restaurants in the country including Pichet, L’Écrivan, and Ashford Castle, lucky diners will be in the very capable and creative hands of Chef Philippe Launois and Chef Cathal O’Concubhair. Running for a limited time only and truly outstanding value for money, the 5-course tasting menu will take inspiration from their collective experiences near and far. Food-obsessed individuals thinking about booking onto a course with us will be excited to note that these two world-class chefs recently joined us here at the school to lead the charge as Head Tutors. Without a doubt, delicious new adventures beckon!
