My Mexican Shop – They Know Their Chillies
A few years ago, on a trip to New York, we picked up a few tins of Chipotles in Adobo sauce. It, quite simply, revolutionised our attitude towards Mexican cooking. Since then, we have made our own (it took ages and our eyes were very stingy) and then, after much crying, found My Mexican Shop, a brilliant Mexican oasis right here in Ireland. We make regular pilgrimages to their website, and then to their blog to find out how to make delicious things that we can’t pronounce correctly. We love this place, and you will too.
