Anyone else love hummus?
There are actually various different ways to make hummus that doesn’t involve chickpeas.
We worked with Kenwood Ireland using their food processor to make 3 different types of hummus that we think you will love. Each of these recipes are vegan friendly.
Cauliflower Hummus – This is a great lower-carb alternative to a traditional chickpea hummus.
Sunflower Seed Hummus – The taste of toasted sunflower seeds in this non-traditional hummus recipe is incredible. It also holds up well to a good dose of lemon juice which can transform this hummus into a delicious drizzle over roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
Green Pea Hummus – The vivid green colour and natural sweetness of this green pea hummus makes it a lovely alternative to a traditional chickpea recipe. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers for dipping.
