Spar plans to create 1000 full and part time jobs nationwide. This comes at a time when they have just announced 50 new outlets will be opened over the next two years.
That’s not all Tipperary based food company, Ribworld are also creating 100 new jobs as part of a €8million investment to expand the company and to create new products. It plans to expand it’s market share across Europe and other international markets.
It finally looks as though Ireland is on the road to economic recovery and the food industry is leading the way.
