Ballymaloe Lit Fest is returning with a bigger and better programme this year, with tickets selling like hotcakes. If you want to spend a weekend in the foodie heart of Ireland, among food heroes from around the world, like René Redzepi, Maggie Beer and Thomasina Miers, as well as all the stars from Ireland’s culinary stage, then check out the programme here. The Lit Fest is running from May 16th to May 18th, and is certifiably the hottest ticket on the Irish food scene this year.
