The Burren Slow Food Festival

Taking place on the 23rd and 24th of May, The Burren Slow Food Festival is organised by the Burren Food Trail and local food producers, chefs and restaurants. This year’s theme is Land & Sea, and every kind of food provided by them, so there promises to be a hugely exciting array of food on offer. Derry Clarke will be on hand to provide demos and talks, and there will be foraging walks followed by suppers created with the foraging, tasting menus, and of course, a Burren Slow Food Banquet, with Burren lamb on a spit.
