Blueberry Orange Smoothies are very quick and easy to make and are perfect as an on-the-run breakfast or a refreshing afternoon snack. This blueberry smoothie is light and refreshing because of the orange and cranberry juices. Use a soy yoghurt to make this smoothie completely dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 200g blueberries
  • 250ml natural yoghurt
  • 125ml cranberry juice
  • 125ml orange juice
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the jug of a food blender and 1 tbsp honey then blend until smooth. 15-20 seconds. Taste and add more honey if needed. Serve chilled.
  2. Will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
