Cranberry Sauce

Once you try this quick and easy homemade cranberry sauce you won’t go back to jars of cranberry sauce. Created by Brian McDermott The No Salt Chef

Ingredients

  • 250g Cranberries
  • 125g Sugar
  • 1 Orange Zest
  • ½ Juice Shot Port

Instructions

  1. Heat sugar & Water, add cranberries and boil for 10 minutes until Cranberries start to Bust then add orange Zest and half juice and port
  2. Simmer until berries burst then set aside to cool
  3. Brian’s Tip: This can be done in advance and kept in Fridge. Also great with cheese board so make extra
