Five-Minute Ice-Creams. Quick, tasty ice-cream at home is as simple as freezing some good quality fruit. I recommend slicing the fruit and laying it out on a tray lined with cling film, then wrapping the entire tray in cling film until the fruit freezes solid overnight.
