French Dressing

Ingredients

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp caster sugar
½ clove garlic, crushed
125ml olive oil Black pepper

Instructions

Shake all of the ingredients together in a jar or lidded container, until well combined and slightly thickened. Season with pepper before serving.
