This fruity, weight busting Nutriblast™ is a tasty but filling snack – ideal if you are trying to cut the calories and lose the pounds.

Ingredients

  • 25 g kale (handful)
  • 1 peeled ripe banana
  • 25g blueberries
  • 1tbsp linseed or flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 150ml skimmed milk
  • Optional: 2 tsp Organic Wheatgrass Powder/or other superfood powder

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Nutribullet and whizz for a few seconds until all the ingredients are evenly blended.
  2. Top tips: • This gives a super thick and creamy result, if you would like a thinner result add more water • Serve on ice for a refreshing drink in the summer • There is no need to pre grind the pumpkin seeds – the Nutribullet does the hard work for you! • Enjoy as a healthy light lunch or snack
