Yummy, chargrilled pork kebabs, ideal for a midweek barbeque

Ingredients
500g pork steak, cut into cubes
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp chopped mint
125ml natural yoghurt
Instructions
Rub the pork with the oregano and olive oil and set aside for 15 minutes. Skewer the pork and vegetables on soaked kebab sticks.
Heat the grill or barbeque to high. Cook the pork for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Rest for 3 minutes before serving with natural yoghurt mixed with the fresh mint.
