Grilled Asparagus

This is a super quick and easy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 500g Asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. While you heat your griddle pan, wash the asparagus and cut of the woody ends. Place the asparagus on a tray or plate and drizzle with olive oil. Make sure to coat them all in the oil.
  2. Place the asparagus on the griddle pan and char on all sides.
  3. Remove from the pan and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze over some lemon and grate over some parmesan
