Potato Wedges

Kids will love these crunchy wedges, served with sweet chilli sauce on the side.

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Stock Cube *check food list

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
  2. Dry potatoes, cut into quarters, in paper towel.
  3. Blend some olive oil into broken-up stock cube, mixed through into bowl.
  4. Coat the potato quarters in the oil mixture and place on baking tray, bake for about 40 minutes, turning over during cooking time.
