Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 6 ready made frozen Yorkshire puddings
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Flat leaf parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat. When the pan is hot add the olive oil. Fry each steak for 2-3 mins each side for medium or cook longer depending on preference. Set the steaks aside to rest.
  2. Cook frozen Yorkshire puddings according to instructions. Once cooked let them cool slightly and then cut each Yorkshire pudding into 5-6 pieces.
  3. The steak is now rested and should be at room temperature. Thinly slice the steak into small bite size pieces.
  4. Finally you will need to assemble all the elements. Spoon a small amount of Horseradish sauce onto each Yorkshire pudding then assemble a slice of steak to each one.
  5. Garnish with flat leaf parsley and serve.
