Rosemary & Garlic Marinade

This super simple marinade is a brilliant match for lamb or beef. If you are barbequing, the robust rosemary holds up really well against chargrilling

Ingredients

  • 60ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl stir all the ingredients together. Season with pepper and smear onto your meat of choice.
  2. How To Use: Marinate your meat for 1-2 hours at room temperature before cooking.
