Salmon & Broccoli Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

  • 170g gluten-free flour
  • 55g rice bran
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 85g unsaturated margarine
  • 115g mushrooms
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 470ml milk
  • 1 tin Salmon *
  • 225g broccoli florets, frozen
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • black pepper
  • 55g cheddar, grated
