Kale+COCO Build your own VEGAN Buddha Bowl Buffet – Saturday 21st September from 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Kale + Coco will be hosting a vegan pop-up buffet at Third Space in Smithfield as part of Health & Harmony at BlueFire Street Fest 2019.
This unique dining experience will offer you a selection of delicious vegan dishes hot and cold for you to create your own Buddha Bowl. In theme with UN International Peace Day the food on offer will be nourishing food which will be good for the body and the mind.
Kale +Coco will collaborate with chef Sharon Hearne Smith to create some zingy dressing with doTerra essential oils.
SynerChi Kombucha will sponsor you drink for the evening serving their certified organic, naturally free from dairy, gluten and soy on the night. And a sweet treat will be served on the night courtesy of Third Space.
The evening will begin with an introduction from your hosts Rebecca (Kale +Coco) and Sharon Hearne Smith (doTerra) and they will engage you in a conversation around food for living and share tips on how you can create a conscious eating culture and to fuel yourself in a balanced and healthy way so that you can continue pursuing your dreams with a smile.
