Heat a frying pan on a medium heat. Whisk the eggs and pour onto a plate. Dip the bread in the egg mixture until covered on both sides.
Gently fry each slice of bread in the frying pan. Meanwhile, grill the streaky bacon until crispy. Drain the bread on some kitchen paper before serving.
Drizzle with maple syrup and place 2 pieces of crispy bacon on top of each slice.
