Instructions

1. Using a glass or a shaped cookie cutter, cut out the middle of the bread.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat then add the sunflower oil and butter.
3. Add the bread to the pan or 30 seconds, then crack the egg into the hole in the bread.
4. Once the egg is set turn over and cook the other side for 30 seconds
5. Season with salt & pepper and serve.
