Ingredients

1 punnet of strawberries
Raspberry coulis
300ml of cream, whipped
4 meringue nests, crumbled

Instructions

Wash and cut each strawberry in half
Crush meringues and mix with whipped cream
Set out dessert glasses and begin to layer raspberry coulis, meringue cream and strawberries.
