Porridge is an excellent way to start the day, but I find it hard to make a small amount. If you don’t fancy it yourself, simply place in a bowl and cover with clingfilm once cool. Pop into the fridge and reheat gently with a little extra milk the following day. It will sit happily in the fridge for up to 3 days.
