Introduction
A delicious strawberry eton mess with raspberry coulis.
Ingredients
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- Raspberry coulis
- 300ml of cream, whipped
- 4 meringue nests, crumbled
Method
- 1. Wash and cut each strawberry in half
- 2. Crush meringues and mix with whipped cream
- 3. Set out dessert glasses and begin to layer raspberry coulis, meringue cream and strawberries.
