We all have our Christmas ritual, and ours is a detox before Christmas. Whether true or not, bulking up on good food and drinking lots of water in the weeks leading up to the party period always holds us in good stead. Here are our top foods that help to create the internal body beautiful, and making sure that living to excess doesn’t make you pay later…

Drink more water. We recently heard that the biggest improvements humans need to make to their lifestyles are to breathe more and drink more water. Drink a glass of water before every meal and every snack and watch your skin take on a well-hydrated glow.
