Calling all lobster lovers – Suesey Street Lobster Festival takes place from 12-23 July
Suesey Street on Fitzwilliam Place, is giving the Irish lobster its moment in the spotlight this summer.
Along with its usual elegant menus at lunch and dinner, the lobster festival at Suesey Street, running from 12th to 23rd of July, sees head chef Graeme Dodrill add four fabulous dishes celebrating delicious Irish lobster to all menus.
Lobster lovers can choose from a lobster burger with fresh basil mayonnaise and truffle Parmesan fries, a lobster Thermidor with cream, Dijon mustard and Gruyère, a classic lobster cocktail with Marie Rose sauce or hand-cut lobster tagliatelle with truffle cream and truffle shavings, creating opportunities for some fabulous feasting on one of the sea’s most prized delicacies at the lobster festival at Suesey Street.
Chef Graeme Dodrill will also give a master class in preparing and cooking fresh Irish lobster and will make a lobster cocktail from scratch on Saturday afternoon, the 16th July from 12.30 to 2pm. Guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco and lobster canapés as well as learning some expert tricks and tips on preparing lobster for €25 per person.
Suesey Street also introduce a Lobster Bloody Mary to their excellent cocktail menu as the dedicated Lobster Festival Cocktail.
Suesey Street is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and is an accessible, enjoyable dining experience, in a lovely set of spaces designed for good times. The lobster festival menu is available in Suesey Street at lunch and dinner from 12th to 23rd of July, and the Festival will be launched on Tuesday 12th July with complimentary lobster spring rolls, street food-style, outside Suesey Street at 1pm and 5pm.
