Fyffes Banana Cranberry Oat Cookies are quick, easy and the perfect snack for kids.
- 4 very ripe bananas, well mashed
- 125g oats
- 50g shredded coconut
- 50g dried cranberries
- Pre-heat oven to 175°C / 155°C fan assisted and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon generous tablespoon amounts of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking tray and flatten each into rounds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden. Leave to cool on a wire rack, then enjoy.
Tip: Use gluten free oats to make these suitable for coeliacs.
