Last month we launched our brand new “Love Baking” series with pastry chef, Shane Smith in association with Gem. This series is hands down one of the tastiest baking collaborations you’ll come across this year!
It has been such a joy to collaborate with the amazing Shane Smith and such a renowned Irish brand like Gem.
In our ‘Love Baking’ series we have a total of 5 recipes, from Halloween sweet treats, Autumnal comfort bakes to Shane’s festive Christmas favourites!
Last month, Shane created his Spooktacular Spider Cookies which are such a fun recipe to make with the kids and not just on Halloween.
Our second Gem inspired recipe is Shane Smith’s Apricot & Bacon Tear & Share Rolls. A perfect example of when sweet and savoury works hand in hand. This tear and share bread is guaranteed to become a family favourite
Gem Pack Foods started out in 1967 as a small importer of specialist dried fruit, nuts, and seeds. Today, in homes, cafes, restaurants, and more, their products can be found everywhere you eat.
