October is an exuberant time in India – the monsoons have eased, and the festival season is in full swing. India in October is full of lights, music and dance and delicious things to eat.
But if India is too far to go for a little spice and some warm colours this October, a pop-up at Tattersalls, the welcoming country house and events venue, set in 200 rolling acres of green Meath pastures, terraces and beautiful gardens, just 30 minutes from Dublin city might be just the thing.
Featuring food from multi-award-winning chef Sunil Ghai and his team of chefs from the perennially popular Ananda, the pop-up dinner on October 16th next is a 5-course set menu, with a ‘bring your own bottle’ arrangement.
