The Ballymaloe brand is 25 years old and to celebrate, they’ve launched a super delicious new product. Their pickled beetroot cubes are steeped in white wine vinegar, and are made from specially grown beetroots, commissioned by team Ballymaloe. As people who keep a hefty stock of their relishes in our cupboards already, we’ll be hotfooting it to our local supermarket to stock up on this gorgeous product. YUM.
