Valerie O’Connor who recently launched her first cookbook ‘Bread on the Table’ is holding a bread making course in Paul Flynn’s The Tannery Cookery School in Dungarvan this Saturday.This course includes lunch and special rates are available in the Tannery Townhouse for those who would like to stay over.
