This week marks a major milestone as Catex, Ireland’s best-loved hospitality show celebrates its 50th year. This year’s extravaganza at Dublin’s RDS includes the 2015 Irish Barista Championship, the Eurotoques Ireland Chefs’ Masterclasses, featuring some of Ireland’s top chefs.
