Join Clodagh McKenna for a cookery evening inspired by her time spent in Northern Italy on Thursday 21st August. The evening will begin with classic Northern Italian cocktails and canapés as Clodagh demonstrates five courses of Italian deliciousness, including beetroot carpaccio with rocket, ricotta, radishes and pink grapefruit, Italian rosemary, Parmesan and pine nut crisp breads, Fresh pasta, butternut squash, pine nuts and mascarpone, margherita risotto and panna cotta and roasted peaches, infused with lemon verbena.
