The One Month Certificate course at Dublin Cookery School is packed full of hands-on cooking, new recipes, the latest techniques, guest chefs and most importantly, lots of fun! You will be exposed to a broad range of cooking techniques with the course covering off working with fish, meat and poultry as well as creating the perfect sauces and accompaniments to your dishes. You’ll also learn how to make a variety of home-made stocks and soups, artisan breads, cakes and desserts. And, along with classic European cuisines, the school’s experienced tutors and guest chefs will teach you the techniques and essentials behind authentic Asian and Middle Eastern dishes.
