Crisp Sambo Shop

With various niche cafes popping up around the place such as the cereal cafes in London and now ‘Simply Crispy’ what is thought to be the worlds first crisp sandwich shop.

What started as a joke has now become a reality. Ulster Fry put their idea online and had a huge response. So they have ran with the idea and changed the name of their cafe to Simply Crispy. The café will specialise in a range of classic and contemporary crisp sandwiches to suit all palates and budgets.

Customers will be able to choose their bread, crisps and add cheese or ham to their sandwich, which will all be served with soup and chips.

We know we are partial to an ‘oul crisp sambo here at I Love Cooking so no doubt it will be a success.

Simply Crispy will open on Monday at 8 Bedford Street, Belfast
