- Fire & Smoke Carolina Taste Honey Mustard bacon rashers. Mouth-watering bacon rashers rubbed with a delicious honey mustard BBQ glaze and smoked over oak chips to give them an authentic flavour that will get your tastebuds jumpin’.
- Fire & Smoke Memphis Style Sweet Heat bacon rashers. Intense sweet & spicy thick-cut bacon with a generous kick of chilli, smoked over mesquite woodchips making them nothin’ short of a taste sensation.
- Fire & Smoke Kansas City Inspired Sweet BBQ bacon medallions. Thick-cut medallions hand-rubbed with a sweet BBQ glaze and smoked over hickory woodchips to give them a sweet & smokey mighty fine flavour.
We made ourselves some homemade turkey burgers on a bed of lettuce, tomato, avocado and topped off with Fire & Smoke Memphis Style Sweet Heat bacon rashers.
