The Guerrilla Gourmet Club are back to present a one-night-only pop-up dinner in the historic Royal College of Physicians of Ireland at 6, Kildare Street Dublin 2 on Friday 27 June 2014, at 7pm. The hero ingredient will be the first of the season Connemara Hill Lamb, and the dinner will be the first in the country to serve this uniquely native lamb this season. The meal will bring together Stephen Gibson of Pichet along with the catering team at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. They will create a four-course meal to celebrate the best of Irish seasonality. Tickets to this fabulous event cost €85 and can be booked here.
