We have just come across Leah’s Gourmet Black Pudding, a hybrid of traditional black pud, spiced with flavours of the Orient. Yes, we’re talking ginger, chilli, garlic and all that good stuff. It is totally gorgeous, and totally unique. Until now, it’s been hard to find, but tomorrow they launch their online shop at leahs.ie and we will be first in the queue! Best of luck Leah!
