Last night the very talented Diana Dodog was crowed Masterchef Ireland 2014 and scooped the top prize of €25k . Congratulations Diana it was a stunning menu.
Diana played an absolute blinder with her winning menu:
Starter: Salmon cured in Jameson, dill and citrus fruit, pea and mint aioli, pickled cucumber, crème fraiche, tarragon and champagne sorbet
Main: Bacon wrapped loin of venison with red cabbage, butternut squash puree and beetroot
Dessert: Brambles and Bramley with vanilla and star anise ice cream and crumble
