Ok, honesty first. Our biggest celeb chef crush ever is Michel Roux Junior. There is something about his kind eyes and firm hand that makes us go all wibbly inside. So, that’s why we are *FREAKING OUT* because on 12th and 13th of June he will be appearing at Taste of Dublin, doing a demo AND a q&a session. Which means, in theory, that we can ask him to give us a hug and a kiss. He wouldn’t deny us that, especially in front of a big crowd?
