Fooderati from the country’s best blogs, restaurants and kitchens came out to celebrate with Paul Flynn and his wife Maire. Guests nibbled recipes from the book, including Chorizo Bites, Crayfish & Avocado in Lettuce Wraps, Crab Claws with Clementine, Pomegranate & Rosemary Butter, Bangers & Mash and Decadent Doughnuts with Raspberries & Chocolate.
