If you’re thinking about starting a new food-related business then listen up. The Food Safety Authority of Ireland is holding a free Small Food Business Start-Up Seminar in Galway on 28th of May. Despite the economic downturn, there has actually been an increase in the number of food businesses around the country, with about 46,000 businesses currently flourishing. This half day seminar will offer assistance and advice for new businesses on compliance with food safety legislation.
