3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are so quick and easy to make. The kids will love getting involved with this recipe. Why not add some chocolate chips as a fourth ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 270g Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 150g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan
  2. Line baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Use electric mixer to mix ingredients together in a medium size bowl (Don’t worry if it looks crumbly, press dough together with hands or a spoon)
  4. Roll into 4cm round balls and arrange on the lined baking tray (they will spread out so leave some space)
  5. Use a fork to flatten the dough balls in a criss cross pattern
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes then leave to cool
