Using a food processor or hand blender beat the margarine with the brown and white sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add vanilla essence. Then add the eggs and beat in until combined.
Then combine sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture until completely combined.
Add in chocolate chips.
Using a tablespoon, spoon out the mixture onto a lined baking tray spacing them out.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
Using a knife remove the cookies from the grease proof paper and allow too cool.
