Introduction

Chocolate Toffee Cornflake Cakes – A tasty treat, made extra gooey and delicious with extra marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 100g toffees
  • 100g butter
  • 100g marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100g cornflakes
  • TO DECORATE:
  • Mini eggs

Method

  • 1. Put 24 fairy cake cases into tins or onto platters. Put the toffees, butter and marshmallows into a pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally with a spoon until it is smooth. Add the cocoa powder and stir through.
  • 2. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the cereal. Using two spoons, spoon the mixture into the cases and leave for 1 hour to set. Decorate with chocolate mini eggs.
