Crunchy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 200g Kelkin gluten free cornflakes crushed
  • spray oil
  • To serve:
  • Brocolli

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg and milk together in a shallow dish.
  2. In another shallow dish spread out the crushed gluten-free cornflakes.
  3. Firstly dip the chicken into the egg mix and then coat with the cornflakes.
  4. The fillets can then be fried using a little spray olive oil.
  5. Serve with steamed brocolli.
