Try our quick and easy assembly berry cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 6 shortbread biscuits
- 350g cream cheese
- 200g icing sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Raspberry coulis
- 8 Strawberries & Raspberries
Method
- 1. Crumble the shortbread into a jar.
- 2. Sift the icing sugar into the cream cheese and mix well, add vanilla extract
- 3. Then on top of the shortbread assemble cream cheese mixture, raspberry coulis and berries.
