Introduction

This energy packed Nutriblast™ is ideal for anyone, and especially mums, who are wanting a bit of a boost. It contains 15% of RDA of iron for women; 14% for zinc and over 100% for vitamin C – which are important for energy and combating tiredness.

Ingredients

  • 150ml coconut milk
  • Seeds and juice from 1 passion fruit
  • 1 medium carrot (scrubbed)
  • 120g mango, skin on
  • 20g walnuts
  • 150ml water
  • Optional 2 tsp Organic Maca Powder / or other superfood powder

Method

  • 1. Place all the ingredients into the Nutribullet and whizz for a few seconds until all the ingredients are evenly blended. Top tips: • This gives a super thick and creamy result, if you would like a thinner result add more water • Even more delicious served on ice • Replace the banana and the mango with 100g defrosted frozen tropical fruit mix • *No need to peel the mango or the carrot – the Nutribullet does all the hard work for you and means you don’t lose any goodness
