This Nutriblastâ„¢ is a great choice for a pre exercise drink. Packed with ingredients like oats and bananas for slow release energy, the potassium in the banana can also help maintain normal muscle function.

Ingredients

  • 200ml oat milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 20g pumpkin seeds
  • 75g strawberries
  • Optional: 2 tsp Organic Spirulina Powder or other superfood powder

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Nutribullet and whizz for a few seconds until all the ingredients are evenly blended.
  2. Top tips: • Serve on ice • Replace the strawberries with raspberries or frozen mixed berries • Ideal for a lunch on the run
