- 250g frozen mixed berries
- 40g raw oats
- 250ml low fat milk or almond milk
- 250ml natural yoghurt
- Honey to taste
- Combine all ingredients in the jug of a food blender and 1 tbsp honey then blend until smooth. 15-20 seconds. Taste and add more honey if needed. Serve chilled.
- Will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
