Introduction
This weight busting Nutriblast™ is ideal to replace breakfast or lunch. It’s balanced to help prevent blood glucose fluctuations and offers slow release energy. Plus it provides two of your five a day and contains 4g fibre!
Ingredients
- 150g fat free plain yoghurt
- 25g spinach
- 1/2 avocado (70g)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed or linseed or wheatgerm
- 75g raspberries or 75g frozen mixed berries
- 300ml water (approx)
- Optional: Add 1 level tsp Organic Spirulina Powder/ other superfood powder
Method
- 1. Place all the ingredients into the Nutribullet and whizz for a few seconds until all the ingredients are evenly blended. Add more or less water depending on whether you want a thick or thinner NUTRIBLAST™
