Introduction

This weight busting Nutriblast™ is ideal to replace breakfast or lunch. It’s balanced to help prevent blood glucose fluctuations and offers slow release energy. Plus it provides two of your five a day and contains 4g fibre!

Ingredients

  • 150g fat free plain yoghurt
  • 25g spinach
  • 1/2 avocado (70g)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed or linseed or wheatgerm
  • 75g raspberries or 75g frozen mixed berries
  • 300ml water (approx)
  • Optional: Add 1 level tsp Organic Spirulina Powder/ other superfood powder

Method

  • 1. Place all the ingredients into the Nutribullet and whizz for a few seconds until all the ingredients are evenly blended. Add more or less water depending on whether you want a thick or thinner NUTRIBLAST™
  • 2. Top tip: Enjoy as a healthy low calorie and low fat breakfast
